Please read and accept our warranty policies below to continue with your warranty claim.

At Value Industrial, we strive to make the warranty claim process as painless as possible. Please read the notes below for a general outline of our warranty policy.

Troubleshooting

When you notice the attachment/product is not performing properly or is experiencing issues, stop and call our Customer Support or send us email at [email protected] . Our Customer Support staff can assist with most common issues over the phone, saving you diagnostic time and minimizing interruptions in your work.

Submitting a Claim

To expedite the warranty process, we will need pictures of the issue(s) and overall condition of the product. These pictures should be submitted by email to [email protected]. Photo documentation is required for all warranty claims. Warranty claims cannot be provided if there is no photo documentation of the issues.

Specific Warranty Policies

CYLINDERS: Cylinders are covered for one (1) year. Disassembly of the cylinder will void the cylinder warranty. In any event of a cylinder failure, submit a warranty claim prior to disassembly or repair. Cylinders under warranty get exchanged if found to be defective. For a cylinder claim to be granted, the defective cylinder must be returned to Value Industrial at the customer’s expense. If the cylinder is confirmed defective, Value Industrial will cover the shipping of the new cylinder. If the cylinder is confirmed as non-defective, the customer is responsible for shipping it back and/or the cost of the replacement cylinder.

BREAKERS: Value Industrial's hammer breakers and post pounders come with a one (1) year parts warranty. Disassembly of the breaker in any way may void the warranty. Please contact Value Industrial for instructions and authorization before taking apart to verify warranty. Bent and broken tools are not covered by warranty (see ‘Exclusions’ section below).

BRUSH CUTTERS (ALL MODELS): All Value Industrial brush cutters have a one (1) year parts warranty. Disassembly of the cutter in any way, including the blade carrier, housing components, and/or motor, may void the warranty. Please contact Value Industrial for instructions and authorization before taking apart to verify warranty.

GRAPPLES: All grapples manufactured by Value Industrial have a one (1) year parts warranty. Faulty cylinders are covered by warranty (do not disassemble). Bent tines and/or bent hydraulic cylinders are not covered by warranty.

HOSES, COUPLERS, HOSE ROUTING, AND CONNECTIONS: Hoses supplied with attachments are the proper size for most machines, but variations mean hose length may not be correct for every system. It is the end user's responsibility to adjust hose length, ensure safe routing to prevent damage, and to ensure couplers are the correct type for their machine.  Value Industrial will not cover hose or coupler damage due to poor hose routing or incorrect coupler fitting.

HYDRAULIC MOTORS: Products with hydraulic motors have a one (1) year warranty on parts and labor. Disassembly of the motor voids the warranty. In the event of a motor issue, submit a warranty claim before disassembling anything. Our support team will advise on diagnostic procedures. Warranty motors under warranty get exchanged if found to be defective. Value Industrial will need the motor returned to our warehouse. Blown seals are not covered under warranty and are not considered a product defect.

STUMP GRINDERS: Stump grinders have a one (1) year warranty on parts and labor*. Disassembly of the grinder in any way, including housing components, and/or motor, may void the warranty. Before disassembly, contact Value Industrial for instructions and authorization to verify warranty. Broken teeth are not covered by warranty (see ‘Exclusions’ section below).

SHEDS/SHELTERS: Sheds and shelters have a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects. Any modifications will void the warranty as will structural failure due to not following installation instructions. These structures are temporary shelters; it is your responsibility to verify their weather tolerance for your area.

OTHER ATTACHMENTS: All other unlisted attachments have a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects.

EXCLUSIONS: Bent tines/cylinders, weather damage, normal wear items (blades, teeth, cutting edges, PTO shafts, hoses), modifications, or any abuse/misuse will not be covered by warranty. Value Industrial reserves the right to decline any warranty claim at their discretion.

OWNERSHIP: The Warranty is only valid to retail purchased products from Value Industrial's website or authorized dealers (proof of purchase required). No warranty applies to third-party purchases (e.g., auction houses).
